1 DAY ROME - ARRIVAL

2 DAY ROME

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. IN THE HEART OF ROME - St. Peter’s Basilica (visit inside), Navona Square, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain Our tour will leave from Piazza San Bernardo, adorned by Moses’Fountain, heading to Piazza della Repubblica, previously known as “dell’Esedra” as its central area also called Esedra of the Diocletian Baths is hidden now by the Fountain of Naiadi. Reaching the Square of St. Peter we’ll admire and visit inside the imposant building. Then we’ll start our walk through the centre: the gorgeous Piazza Navona built on the ruins of the Domitian’s Circus adorned by the famous Fountain of the Four Rivers, masterpiece of Gian Lorenzo Bernini realized in 1651, the Pantheon, a building in Rome which was originally built as a temple to the seven deities of the seven planets in the state religion of Ancient Rome. Then the guided tour will lead you to the worldwide famous Trevi Fountain.

3 DAY ROME

ROME COOKING LESSON & GROCERY TOUR - A full day inside the italian food culture sitting in the lounge of a princess: the chef invites you to live an unforgettable experience out of the beaten tracks. firstly you’ll be taken to a nice visit to the enchanting places where romans love to go grocery shopping, a real experience in the heart of the city. your cooking class will take place few steps from spanish steps in a old house once luxury home of a roman princess. at the end of the lesson you’ll taste what you prepared and will cheers with italian wine “from a higher point of view”.

4 DAY NAPLES

NAPOLI DAYLIGHT Monumental Naples The excursion is composed by the visit of 3 different areas: Monumental Naples (walking) passing trough Piazza del Plebescito, Umberto I Gallery, the Royal Palace, San Carlo theatre and the New Castle. Then you'll visit the most famous spot of Panoramic Naples (by bus): via Caracciolo, Mergellina and Posillipo. To discover the last part, Historical Naples once again you will walk into the famous street called "Spaccanapoli" visiting the churches of Gesù Nuovo and Santa Chiara.

5 DAY NAPLES

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel.

POMPEII & AMALFI DRIVE (lunch included)

Visit of the ruins of Pompeii*, buried by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 A.D. and brought back to light nearly intact. The tour will show you something of the lifestyle of the ancient inhabitants of the Town. Stop in a local fabric to look at the productive process of Cameos and Corals. After lunch you will continue with the driver (without guide) for the Panoramic Tour of the Amalfi Coast, where are placed the beautiful towns of Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi.

6 DAY FLORENCE

TRANSFER from SANTA MARIA NOVELLA Railway Station to Hotel

Afternoon:

FLORENCE GUIDED CITY TOUR (PM)* It’s by crossing the beautiful and green hills of Florence that we reach the picturesque Etruscan-Roman village of Fiesole that towers above Florence and the Arno Valley. Heading back to the city by bus, we will ride through the famous Lungarno (way along the Arno) we will reach the Basilica di Santa Croce that contains the masterpieces of the main artists that determined the Late  Medieval and Renaissance identity of Florence. Our walking tour will continue to Piazza Signoria, heart of the city social life. Here we will admire the architecture of Palazzo Vecchio and the famous statues of Loggia de' Lanzi. Our Guide will finish the tour inside the Uffizi Gallery, where we will enter without queuing to admire the impressive and magnificent paintings of Leonardo, Giotto, Michelangelo, Botticelli and Raffaello. Here you can stay as long as you please even after the guided tour is over.

7 DAY FLORENCE

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel.

WANNA BE ITALIANO * - Cooking Class Meet our chef Giovanni and learn how to cook a nice Tuscan meal in the heart of Florence! First step: grocery shopping at the central market! You will go shopping with the chef at the central market picking up the ingredients for your lunch. You will meet the butchers, the bakers, and the farmers selling vegetables from their gardens. You will learn how to distinguish the highest quality ingredients and taste local foods & wines! After this fun experience you will reach our fascinating home-like professional location, just a few steps from the central market, and you will start putting your hands on the ingredients to create your own meal, driven by the expert guidance of our Chef Giovanni and his assistant Andrea. Your meal will be made of bruschetta, fresh home-made pasta from scratch, and a main course, accompanied with a selection of Chianti wines.As you will eat your own food, you’d better be an attentive student while the Chef is teaching! And finally get your Graduation Certificate!

8 DAY FLORENCE

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel.

CHIANTI TOUR (two wineries) PM Spend a beautiful afternoon with us in the best wineries of the Chianti region. You will have the pleasure of visiting two beautiful wineries, the cellars, the vineyards and taste the wines during a tasting school where a knowledgeable host will explain all phases of wine tasting and the characteristics of each wine. The wines will be paired with sliced salami, bruschetta, meats and cheeses. You will also have the opportunity to taste the typical oil of the Chianti area and excellent balsamic vinegar. At the end of the visit, the hosting farm will issue a certificate of participation to the wine tasting school. During the tour you will have the pleasure of admiring the picturesque village of Greve in Chianti and the medieval castle of Monteriggioni.
