Q: What is the difference between a studio apartment and a one, two, three of four bedroom serviced apartment?
A studio apartment is similar to a hotel room in that it has a large bedroom area, which is your main living space. Within the room will often include a small dining table or workspace, a television, music system, and seating. The apartment will also have a compact kitchenette and bathroom. The kitchenette will usually include a cooker, microwave, fridge and food preparation area. The bathroom will usually have a toilet, wash basin, bathtub and integral shower.

Q: what does the apartment contain?
All our apartments contain:

Q: At what time I can check-in?
You are very welcome to check-in at any time after 13.00.
Q: Do we need to pay any extra fees for check-in on Sunday, public holidays?
No, you don’t have to.
Q: How can I get keys for my apartment?
If you ordered a pick-up service from the airport, you will be brought directly to the property (full address is in your booking confirmation; our representative will collect rent payment and give you a set of keys.
If you reach the apartment on your own, you are required to call us one hour before arriving to the address. In this case, our representative will be waiting for you in the apartment.
If you arrive at the airport late at night, booking a pick-up service with us is obligatory. Our driver will bring you to the apartment and give you the keys. The rent payment will be collected on the next day.
Q: How can I pay for my stay?
Rent payment has to be paid in full at the time of arrival. We accept euro, dollar and the national Ukrainian currency hryvna.
Q: Can I extend my stay in the flat?
You will have to contact us as soon as you find out that you need to stay for an extended amount of time. If we are fully booked, we won’t be able to help you, although, we will do everything possible to accommodate you.
Q: Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, we do provide fresh bed linen and towels for every apartment.
Q: May I use an Internet in your flats? How much does it cost?
Yes, you can. Please contact our managers to find out the payment rate.
Q: Do you accept pets?
Yes, we do! You are very welcome to bring your little friend/s; however, it has to be agreed by us before booking.
Q: At what time can I check-out?
You can check-out at any time before 12.00.
Q: What should I do with keys when I’m checking out?
You will have to inform us what time you are planning to leave the apartment. The representative of the cleaning department will come round at this time to collect the keys and to prepare the apartment for the next visitor. 12.00 is the latest check-out time.
Q: May I check out after 12.00?
Yes, you can order late check-out service. You’ll be able to check-out up to 18.00 if the apartment is available. An additional charge of half a day’s rate will be applied.
Q: My plans are slightly changed. Can we change dates of arrival/departure?
Yes, we can. Subject to availability.
Q: Unfortunately I have to cancel my visit to Kiev; will you return my holding deposit?
Deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or not taken up. This is due to the fact that we would have rejected other bookings, once your booking is confirmed with the deposit
Q: I have to leave Kiev a few days earlier. Will you return my rent payment for these days?
The rent payments are non-refundable if customers are leaving the accommodation earlier. This is due to the fact that we would have rejected other bookings.

You will get a confirmation email of your booking (which you can print if you wish) which will include the dates of your reservation and the confirmed price. |
Q: Are the prices the same throughout the year:
We have the same prices throughout the year except during the Christmas/New Year's holidays when owners generally tend to increase the rental price with a 20% premium. Some owners charge a double price for a New Year’s night.
Q: Where can I find the nearest supermarket?
The location of the supermarket next to your apartment will be given to you by the manager. Please contact our managers to find out suchlike information.
Q: Is there an elevator in the house where the apartment is located?
The description of each apartment is given below the photos. To be on the safe side, make sure by asking our managers, if the issue in question is important for you.
Q: Is there a telephone in the apartment?

Q: Should I clean the apartment before I leave?
By no means. Our cleaning stuff will provide this service for the next client, which is included in the price of the apartment.
Q: If my flight has been postponed, who should I inform about it?
Please contact one of our managers to inform him/her about the changes in the schedule.
Q: What can I do, if my flight is in the afternoon, but I have to leave the apartment at noon?
In this case we suggest you to leave your luggage in our office and take it back before you take a taxi to the airport.
Q: Can I pay a credit card?
You can pay the security deposit by credit card before your arrival. Upon your arrival you pay the rest of the price, we accept cash only (euros, dollars, hryvnyas)
Q: How many people can stay in an apartment?
In each apartment there is a limited number of sleeping places, which is indicated in the description.
Q: Can we obtain an additional bed for babies?
Yes. Please inquire about the bed and we will provide you with one.
