The structure was built at the end of the XIX century according to design of famous architect Rossi. After major reconstruction of the building which allowed to preserve the whole fascination of the old times, hotel boutique Otrada in February, 2005, hospitably opened wide its doors for the guests of Odessa. Refined and skilful combination of classic architecture and contemporary technologies, availability of diversity of the services rendered in compliance with the requirements of the world standards, completely satisfy the demands of the guests visiting Southern Palmyra on business trips, to have a rest and entertainments.

The «Standard Junior» category room has a bedroom and bathroom. Bathrooms come complete with accessories and conveniences, including fan, hand dryer, cosmetic mirror, set of towels, cosmetic set, bathrobe and slippers. The rooms are furnished with king size type bed. The beds are covered with Italian bedspreads of warm tints. Numbers are with a kind on a summer terrace or with balconies.
Rooms have high-speed Internet access, international telephone communication, mini-bars, satellite TV, plasma and liquid-crystal TV sets. All rooms are furnished with mini-safes and climate-control.
