In the XVIII-XIX centuries this part of the city was constructed by the luxury houses of the local aristocrats and ennobled by the precious parks and alleys. Practically all this has preserved to-day, rejoicing by its unique sights.

Modern four-story Hotel was put into operation in September 1999, its opening was dedicated to celebration of jubilee – 1100 years of the city and was organically fitted in wellinto this unique architectural ensemble.

A small number of rooms, high quality of service create the atmosphere of comfort and cosiness. Two elevators provide uninterrupted dislocation of clients to the stories, and the roof-boiler provides the autonomous heat supply.

The Hotel has 25 modern equipped rooms:
