Choosing of apartment:

Choose an apartment on our web-site and send us your request to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or fill in the online form. As an option, you can aslo contact us by Skype (Ukrainaviaggi.DE, Ukrainaviaggi.kiev). Besides accommodation, the Agency will provide you with information support (travel, restaurants and discount hints, flight schedule, table reservations, calling a taxi, personal requests). If necessary, we can provide you with a Ukrainian sim-card and discount fliers.

Reservation:

Having received your request, our employees will inform you about the availability of the apartment. If the apartment which you request has already been booked, we will recommend you an alternative variant.

The costs of the Agency:

If confirmed, the chosen apartment will be reserved for 48 hours. To complete your reservation please transfer 40 euros via our web-site during this period (are the security deposit that will be subtracted from the total amount upon your arrival). If we do not receive the payment within 48 hours, we cannot guarantee the availability of the apartment.
After having received the payment we will send you a reservation confirmation. The detailed information about the apartment (such as entrance number, floor number, codes, etc.) will be given to you upon your arrival.
The prices for apartments indicated on our web-site include gas, electricity and taxes. Additional services (e.g. Internet, pick-up service) if provided will be charged separately.

If you chose the apartments indicated by UK, you avoid paying commission and Internet traffic.
Please note, that we do not change the original prices of the apartments offered on our web-site by other agencies.
