An apartment is considered to be reserved ONLY after your having received our official reservation confirmation.
Reservation procedure:

A) Choose an apartment on our web-site and send us your request to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or fill in the online  form. As an option, you can aslo contact us by Skype (Ukrainaviaggi.DE, Ukrainaviaggi.kiev);

B) Our employees will inform you about the availability of the apartment. If the apartment which you request has already been booked, we will recommend you an alternative variant.

C) If confirmed, the  chosen apartment will be reserved for 48 hours. To complete your reservation please transfer 40 euros via our web-site during this period. This sum will be subtracted from the total amount upon your arrival. If we do not receive the payment within 48 hours, we cannot guarantee the availability of the apartment.

D) After having received the payment we will send you a reservation confirmation. The detailed information about the apartment  will be given to you upon your arrival.

2. Check-in and check-out

Check-in:
1) If your plane arrives late at night, the pick-up service from the airport is obligatory. In this case the keys and all the apartment-related information will be given to you by our driver. Payment procedure takes place on the next day.

2) If your plane arrives during the office opening hours and you don’t order any pick-up service, please call us upon your arrival at the airport, and one of our employees will meet you at the apartment to give you the keys and all the necessary information.

Check-out:
Please inform us about  the dates and time of your arrival and departure. This information is necessary for arranging your check-in and check-out.

Note:
Check-in at 13.00 (can be changed upon request if available).
Check-out  at 12.00 (can be extended upon request if available, as an alternative variant, you can leave your luggage in our office till the time of your departure).

3. Additional Services:
With us you can order pick-up services (e.g. a pick-up service from the airport to the apartment costs € 25).
Note: If your arrival time is late, the pick-up service from the airport is obligatory.
Cleaning service is provided every 5 days. However, you can order additional cleaning service. The price and timing are to be discussed upon request.

4. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the security deposit.

5. Important Information:

There are several hints which should help you avoid possible problems during your trip to Kiev:

It is forbidden to make noise (e.g. loud music) in the apartment after 22.00 o’clock. Remember that your neighbours have a legal right to call the police;
It is forbidden to get involved into illegal commercial or other dangerous activity which can cause problems for the agency or neighbours;
The Agency is not responsible for damage or loss of the guests‘ belonging, unless caused by the Agency’s negligence;
In case of the key being lost, the home appliance, the door or the window not functioning properly please inform the Agency immediately;
Before your arrival the apartment will be cleaned and prepared for your stay according to the number of people indicated in the reservation. The client is responsible for the damage of the furniture or other objects done during the client’s stay; if any damage has been done, the client is to pay for it before his/her checking-out; 
If during checking-in you notice that the furniture or other objects are damaged, please notify the agency about it.
The keys will be given to you upon your arrival and collected upon your departure;
In case of water or electricity cut (which can sometimes happen in Ukraine), please contact the agency. We will try to find the best solution.
